What this site does that is unique is that it tells you what ingredinets are on sale and where. It even lets you print coupons for items when availble. All this from one site.

Like all commercial sites, joining generates junk mail. Be sure to uncheck things that you don't want. Even better, set up a free yahoo, hotmail or gmail account to handle all commercial sites that you join. Then you keep the junk mail out of your personal account.
